Inkalot, formerly known as Doodle-A-Lot, is a minimalist drawing application designed with the Apple Pencil in mind. The app strikes a balance between usability and enjoyment, making it accessible for both casual doodlers and more serious artists.

One notable feature is its export capability; users can easily transfer their creations to the Files App, Photos App, or utilize AirPrint for physical copies. The exports are available in PNG format, with an 8.5 x 11 size at 300 dpi, and newer iPads also support a 600 dpi option. The ink quality in Inkalot offers a smooth experience reminiscent of traditional pen and paper, incorporating an organic irregularity that can enhance the artistic feel.
